About the role

  • Map current processes (AS-IS), identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.
  • Lead process redesign and optimization (TO-BE) with a focus on efficiency, user experience, and scalability.
  • Build and maintain pipes, automations, rules, forms, SLAs, and intelligent notifications in Pipefy.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to prioritize processes for automation.
  • Create business cases and ROI calculations, including:
  • reduction of operational effort (man-hours)
  • reduction of rework
  • productivity gains
  • estimated financial impact
  • Define and monitor process KPIs, ensuring governance and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate Pipefy with other platforms (APIs, connectors, webhooks, iPaaS when applicable).
  • Work within an agile delivery stream, participating in ceremonies, refinement, prioritization, and iterative deliveries.
  • Support stakeholders in adopting solutions, ensuring clarity, understanding, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Pipefy (automation, creating pipes, advanced rules, integrations).
  • Experience in process mapping and analysis (BPM / Lean / etc.).
  • Ability to measure impact, build indicators, and structure ROI.
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, connectors, or similar tools).
  • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong communication skills, systems thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with RPA, iPaaS, or other automation tools.
  • Experience governing processes in complex corporate environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL, basic Python or scripting for integrations.
  • Experience with dashboards and metrics tools.
  • Experience in consulting, digital product, or operational transformation.
