About the role

  • Source and nurture leads resulting in minimum of $50M in sales-accepted, sales-qualified pipeline
  • Generate inbound and outbound leads using AI-powered research and intent signals
  • Design and execute campaigns and GTM experiments focused on lead creation and qualification
  • Nurture leads through structured workflows until sales ready
  • Execute GTM programs for assigned growth markets and solution areas
  • Own lead generation and follow-up for tradeshows and events
  • Track and report KPIs including leads generated and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or go-to-market strategy
  • Strong background in sales or account management
  • Track record of implementing AI tools for lead generation productivity
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM
  • Strategic thinker with strong program management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills
  • Experience presenting to executive-level marketing leaders (VP/CMO)
