About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and nurture leads resulting in minimum of $50M in sales-accepted, sales-qualified pipeline
- Generate inbound and outbound leads using AI-powered research and intent signals
- Design and execute campaigns and GTM experiments focused on lead creation and qualification
- Nurture leads through structured workflows until sales ready
- Execute GTM programs for assigned growth markets and solution areas
- Own lead generation and follow-up for tradeshows and events
- Track and report KPIs including leads generated and conversion rates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or go-to-market strategy
- Strong background in sales or account management
- Track record of implementing AI tools for lead generation productivity
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM
- Strategic thinker with strong program management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills
- Experience presenting to executive-level marketing leaders (VP/CMO)
