About the role
- Owns all maintenance operations for the facility, including corrugator, converting equipment, utilities, building systems, and material handling.
- Accountable for uptime, reliability, and response to breakdowns across both sites.
- Leads preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Controls maintenance spend.
- Partners with Operations and Production leadership.
Requirements
- Strong electrical and controls oversight.
- Must understand PLCs, VFDs, drives, motors, sensors, safety circuits, and troubleshooting logic well enough to challenge technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Owns safety in maintenance.
- Enforces LOTO, arc flash, confined space, hot work, machine guarding, and contractor safety.
- Conducts investigations for maintenance-related incidents and drives corrective actions.
