About the role
- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and DEI initiatives
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and report progress to HR leadership and executive stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions across HR operations
- Support change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, policy updates, and system implementations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and industry best practices
- Facilitate communication and alignment between HR, hospital leadership, and corporate functions
- Maintain documentation and dashboards to monitor project outcomes and impact
- Assist in vendor management and coordination for HR-related tools and services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or HR certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in HR project management or related HR operations role
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with employment law, HR compliance, and best practices
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site organizations is a plus
- Strong project management, strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, problem solving, and change management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, project management tools, and data visualization platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
