Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs such as onboarding, performance management and engagement surveys.
Develop project plans, track milestones, and report progress to HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions across HR operations.
Support change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, policy updates, and system implementations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Facilitate communication and alignment between HR, hospital leadership, and corporate functions.
Maintain documentation and dashboards to monitor project outcomes and impact.
Assist in vendor management and coordination for HR-related tools and services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or HR certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in HR project management or related HR operations role.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site organizations is a plus.
