About the role
- Full P&L ownership for regional revenue across software resale, BPaaS services, implementation, and managed services
- Build and execute regional go-to-market strategy aligned with SAP field leadership
- Drive new logo acquisition, enterprise expansion, and services-led growth
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, and execution rigor
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise sales executives
- Establish strong operating cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, deal strategy)
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
- Drive joint account planning and partner-led territory strategy
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and regulated industries
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales leadership
- Proven success leading regional or national sales teams
- Track record closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
- Experience selling SaaS, HR technology, payroll/benefits, or enterprise services
- Strong partner ecosystem experience (SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP, UKG, etc.)
- SAP SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred
- Payroll, benefits, or BPaaS domain expertise
- Regulated industry and services-led sales experience
