About the role

  • Full P&L ownership for regional revenue across software resale, BPaaS services, implementation, and managed services
  • Build and execute regional go-to-market strategy aligned with SAP field leadership
  • Drive new logo acquisition, enterprise expansion, and services-led growth
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, and execution rigor
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise sales executives
  • Establish strong operating cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, deal strategy)
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
  • Drive joint account planning and partner-led territory strategy
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and regulated industries

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales leadership
  • Proven success leading regional or national sales teams
  • Track record closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
  • Experience selling SaaS, HR technology, payroll/benefits, or enterprise services
  • Strong partner ecosystem experience (SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP, UKG, etc.)
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred
  • Payroll, benefits, or BPaaS domain expertise
  • Regulated industry and services-led sales experience
