About the role

  • Enable internal teams to sell, implement and support SmartRecruiters.
  • Lead solution strategy and design by assessing current-state talent-acquisition workflows and defining future-state architectures built on the SmartRecruiters platform.
  • Facilitate structured client workshops and decision-making sessions with clear agendas, documented outcomes, and actionable next steps.
  • Act as primary point of accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and issue resolution across engagements.
  • Translate complex business requirements (sourcing, applicant tracking, offer management, onboarding) into actionable SmartRecruiters configuration and process designs.
  • Influence stakeholders through structured recommendations — presenting implications, trade-offs, and best-practice guidance.
  • Support pre-sales activities as needed: contribute to solution proposals, lead demonstrations of SmartRecruiters capability, and build stakeholder confidence.
  • Coach junior consultants informally through feedback, deliverable reviews, and real-time guidance and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to independently lead client conversations and maintain executive-level trust.
  • Strong advisory mindset, with the ability to present structured recommendations and influence decisions.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with the discipline to drive meetings toward clear outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and precision.
  • High personal accountability, with a track-record of anticipating risks and resolving delivery blockers.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously with minimal oversight.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of recruitment / talent-acquisition processes and ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience implementing the SmartRecruiters platform (full lifecycle) — ideally 3-5+ deployments.
  • Experience leading medium to large-scale talent-acquisition technology projects as the functional lead.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • SmartRecruiters certification
  • Experience with integrations (e.g., onboarding, HRIS, CRM), data migrations, and change-management within recruitment systems is a plus.
