About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual standards across all materials
- Collaborate with the corporate branding agency and web agency to ensure cohesive brand expression
- Create board-level PowerPoint presentations and polished executive and sales presentation assets
- Build sales assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, PDFs, and PowerPoint decks
- Translate complex information into visually engaging presentation and asset formats
- Serve as an internal creative resource for presentation and graphic design support
- Create social graphics and reusable templates to strengthen brand recognition and scale social content
- Produce visuals for campaigns, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, infographic, and multimedia formats
- Design event booth graphics, trade show displays, conference materials, landing page visuals, and web graphics
- Manage fast-turnaround requests alongside long-term creative projects
- Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
- Implement efficient workflows, file organization systems, and brand governance
- Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in graphic or brand design
- Mandatory portfolio demonstrating breadth of skills and enterprise-grade design aligned with B2B IT industry standards
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Working knowledge of Figma or similar prototyping tools
- Experience designing for social media platforms and digital advertising channels
- Experience creating event booth graphics, trade show displays, large-format print materials, and landing page visuals
- Background in healthcare, health IT, or B2B environments preferred
- Ability to deliver polished, high-quality work under tight deadlines, including same-day or next-day turnaround
- Comfort working directly and independently with C-level executives, managing feedback, and delivering with professionalism and confidence
