About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a large library of PDF forms and associated business rules
Program data-mapping logic into the forms catalog using XSL/XML
Serve as Tier One Support for form and data-mapping updates, issues, and questions
Manage incoming form and data-mapping support and update requests
Resolve form and data-mapping problems by clarifying customer needs, diagnosing causes, and explaining solutions
Troubleshoot and support end users via phone and remote screen sharing
Escalate questions and problems to the appropriate SuranceBay team members
Provide timely feedback regarding form and data-mapping failures or customer concerns
Work effectively within a small team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Insurance industry experience within Licensing and Contracting
Ability to read and write XSL/XML code
Ability to interpret complex business rules and logic and apply them to forms code
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone and email contact-handling skills
Ability to adapt to changing work situations
Quiet home workspace with fast, reliable internet
Insurance Licensing and Contracting experience, preferably within a Brokerage General Agency working with multiple insurance carriers
XML/XSL coding experience highly preferred, or proven ability to learn any coding language
