Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in clerical work, data entry, administration, back office, customer service or call center roles with administrative duties.
  • Confident handling of digital documents and PC applications.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • A careful, structured and reliable working style.
  • Enjoyment in thoroughly checking information and documenting it accurately.
  • Experience with medical records or medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation (e.g., DRG or ICD-10).
  • Experience in the insurance sector or in administrative healthcare processes.
  • A medical qualification, for example as a medical assistant (MFA), medical technical assistant (MTA), nurse or physiotherapist.
