About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide first-line support for financial system users across the business
- Investigate and resolve system, access, and data-related issues
- Monitor system integrations, scheduled processes, and daily operational activities
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams or vendors when needed
- Support application configuration, testing, and system administration activities
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles
- Assist with data validation, reconciliations, and quality assurance checks
- Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports
- Review data discrepancies and help identify root causes
- Support finance transformation initiatives, system upgrades, and enhancement projects
- Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and user experience
- Create user guides and training materials
- Support end-user training and communication of system updates and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Financial Systems, ERP support, or a similar environment
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Fluent English skills
