Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties to assess risk factors and business operations
Evaluate construction materials, fire protection systems, safety practices, and overall loss exposure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (fields like Risk Management, Insurance, Construction, or Safety are preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise, high-quality reports
Comfort working independently, with strong organization and time management skills
Proficiency with technology (laptops, mobile devices, MS Office, and field tools)
Ability to work in a field-based environment, including walking job sites, climbing stairs, and traveling between locations
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory (including occasional overnight stays)
Ability to work remotely when not in the field, with a reliable home office setup
Comfortable working in a variety of environments and weather conditions
