About the role
- Contribute to standard vehicle research efforts to improve and enhance the completeness of our vehicle database
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal and customer-facing users
- Collaborate with the team on regular product releases, including data review, validation, and release readiness activities
- Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation and internal product knowledge resources
- Engage with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and inform product enhancements
- Perform ad hoc analysis and research tasks in support of product growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when working with incomplete or inconsistent data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently address customer questions
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction while collaborating effectively within a team
- Proficiency in standard PC and office software, with strong Excel skills required
- Familiarity with property & casualty insurance, particularly personal auto, is desirable
