About the role

  • Establish and embed strong Scrum Master practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and senior leaders
  • Support Agile teams to deliver value end-to-end
  • Help scale Agile ways of working across the organisation
  • Mentor and lead a community—or team—of Scrum Masters
  • Act as an Agile thought leader
  • Balance pragmatic delivery with coaching and cultural change

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with leadership and people-management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and how to apply them pragmatically
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience coaching teams toward high-quality, continuous delivery
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for outcome-driven delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Advanced Agile certifications (e.g. PSM III, SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile Coach, CSP-SM, facilitation certifications)
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management is a plus
