About the role

  • Participate in software development tasks, including implementing features, fixing bugs, and writing clean, maintainable code
  • Perform quality assurance activities, such as writing and executing test cases
  • Identify, document, and track bugs
  • Verify fixes and ensure product stability
  • Automate test scenarios (API & Web)
  • Collaborate with the team throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Assist in improving testing processes and development workflows
  • Learn and apply best practices in coding, testing, and version control

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • You should either be a final semester student, a fresh pass-out or somebody having less than 1 year of professional experience.
  • Strong academic background with a solid understanding of programming fundamentals
  • Good understanding of at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python)
  • Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow technical instructions
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) (Nice-to-Have)
  • Basic knowledge of testing concepts (manual or automated) (Nice-to-Have)
  • Exposure to web or mobile application development (Nice-to-Have)
  • Understanding of APIs and how to test them (e.g., using Postman) (Nice-to-Have)
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and tools (Nice-to-Have)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Nice-to-Have)
