Configure FAST's tool set to implement worksite and group insurance components including enrollment processes, new business workflows, policy administration, and distribution management.
Design and configure business processes specific to worksite insurance including employee enrollment, eligibility management, billing configuration, and multi-life policy structures with minimal supervision.
Design, test, and troubleshoot platform configuration including orchestrations, rules, data model, and integration. Develop and maintain configuration documentation and best practices for worksite solutions.
Work closely with the Product Owner to translate group insurance business requirements into technical specifications and configured solutions.
Serve as a point of support teams for customers implementing worksite features. Gather feedback, understand group insurance operational needs, and translate customer requirements into configuration improvements and product recommendations.
Execute comprehensive testing of worksite configuration, including end-to-end business process validation. Support customer testing efforts and troubleshoot issues during implementation.
Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and customer teams to ensure alignment on worksite implementations. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product backlog refinement for group insurance features.
Present worksite capabilities to customers, demonstrate configuration options, and explain technical concepts in accessible business terms. Support demos and implementation conversations for group insurance prospects and clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
2-3 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with insurance business processes, with group insurance or worksite benefits knowledge strongly preferred
Experience with implementing software solutions and low-code/no-code platform configuration preferred
Experience with AI configuration and prompting a plus
SQL proficiency
Software troubleshooting and log analysis experience preferred
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with product teams and customers
Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
Knowledge of agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence) preferred
