About the role

  • Configure FAST's tool set to implement worksite and group insurance components including enrollment processes, new business workflows, policy administration, and distribution management.
  • Design and configure business processes specific to worksite insurance including employee enrollment, eligibility management, billing configuration, and multi-life policy structures with minimal supervision.
  • Design, test, and troubleshoot platform configuration including orchestrations, rules, data model, and integration. Develop and maintain configuration documentation and best practices for worksite solutions.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to translate group insurance business requirements into technical specifications and configured solutions.
  • Serve as a point of support teams for customers implementing worksite features. Gather feedback, understand group insurance operational needs, and translate customer requirements into configuration improvements and product recommendations.
  • Execute comprehensive testing of worksite configuration, including end-to-end business process validation. Support customer testing efforts and troubleshoot issues during implementation.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and customer teams to ensure alignment on worksite implementations. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product backlog refinement for group insurance features.
  • Present worksite capabilities to customers, demonstrate configuration options, and explain technical concepts in accessible business terms. Support demos and implementation conversations for group insurance prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with insurance business processes, with group insurance or worksite benefits knowledge strongly preferred
  • Experience with implementing software solutions and low-code/no-code platform configuration preferred
  • Experience with AI configuration and prompting a plus
  • SQL proficiency
  • Software troubleshooting and log analysis experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with product teams and customers
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence) preferred
