About the role
- Own revenue and ARR targets across Europe
- Drive growth across new business, expansion, and renewals
- Ensure predictable pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Execute a SaaS-first, value-based sales approach
- Define segmentation, ICPs, and sales motions
- Build, lead, and retain high-performing sales teams
- Align closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
- Represent Sales at executive level both internally and externally
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B software sales with senior leadership responsibility
- Proven ownership of ARR and subscription revenue growth
- Strong experience in enterprise and mid-market solution selling
- Solid understanding of SaaS KPIs (ARR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV)
- Insurance or regulated-industry experience
- Multi-country sales leadership in Europe
