About the role
- Identify and solve complex actuarial problems
- Collaborate with team members on high-profile projects
- Analyze current rating factors and loss costs
- Support the filing process for product changes
- Conduct market, industry, legal, and regulatory trend analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related majors
- Passing of three or more actuarial exams
- 2+ years of P&C actuarial experience is required; property and/or pricing experience preferred
- Strong computing and programming skills desired, such as experience with using SQL, Python, and/or R
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Familiarity with predictive analytics modeling preferred but not required
