Own and lead new client implementations from sales hand-off through launch. Act as the primary project lead during implementation while partnering closely with the assigned Customer Success Manager to ensure a seamless handoff at go-live.
Consult and translate requirements. Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand their objectives and map them to Verifiable’s Salesforce-integrated platform.
Project-manage the implementation. Build and maintain project plans, set clear milestones, drive internal/external coordination, and proactively manage risk and issues.
Oversee testing, validation, and UAT phases. Ensure delivered solutions align with client specifications.
Drive change management and stakeholder alignment. Guide client teams through adoption and smooth organizational change.
Communicate clearly and often. Run regular status calls, provide updates, and maintain strong executive and working-level relationships.
Coordinate configuration and data work. Collaborate closely with Implementation Engineers and Product to configure Verifiable and guide any custom work.
Plan onboarding and training. Organize customer enablement sessions and deliver virtual training to ensure smooth adoption.
Be the product expert. Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions during implementation and help drive best-practice usage of Verifiable.
Requirements
3+ years of Implementation, Customer Onboarding, or Project Management experience in a technical SaaS environment (Salesforce-integrated product strongly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations with varying complexity and stakeholders.
Comfortable specifying technical needs to internal technical teams and translating complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
Solid grasp of project management fundamentals: scoping, scheduling, risk management, and clear communication.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can figure things out without a playbook
Highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused; able to problem-solve in real-time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident running meetings and presenting to executives.
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity, escalate effectively, and resolve issues under pressure.
Interested in mentoring teammates and potentially stepping into leadership opportunities as the team scales (not required, but a plus)
