- Developing trust and relationships with our customers

- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Serving as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
- Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
- 10+ years experience as an Account Manager within the SaaS industry
- 3+ years as a Strategic AM/Principal AM supporting strategic clients ($1MM+ ARR)
- Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Previous experience supporting global enterprise, strategic customers within the SaaS industry
- Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention
- Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Product & Engineering teams and our customers
