- We’re now looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead the strategic and hands-on execution of global, full-funnel programs across paid media, sponsorships, display, retargeting, and ABM — working alongside our digital agency partner and internal teams to drive measurable pipeline.\n
- Role Overview: You’ll drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of our multi-channel, global demand generation efforts, specifically in our paid channels. This includes paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and sponsorships — plus assist in the planning and management of marketing budgets across AMERs, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.\n
- This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives in high-growth B2B SaaS, understands the evolving role of search, AI, and data in modern marketing, and is skilled at balancing strategic planning with tactical execution.\n
- You’ll collaborate closely with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) programs, ensuring we target and engage our key accounts across all funnel stages — from awareness through conversion and eventual expansion.\n
- What You’ll Do: Lead full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and sponsorship channels.\n
- Partner with our digital agency to execute campaigns globally, ensuring alignment on targeting, creative, and optimization.\n
- Manage and allocate the demand generation budget across AMERs, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC — optimizing investments by region and stage of funnel.\n
- Optimize performance of paid LinkedIn efforts and expand to include Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.\n
- Develop and manage sponsorships — including newsletters, podcasts, and targeted media buys.\n
- Design and run ABM programs aligned to our target account list to support outbound sales efforts.\n
- Collaborate with integrated campaigns team, content, product marketing, and creative teams to produce compelling offers and assets.\n
- Measure and report performance against pipeline, revenue, ROI, and other key metrics — not just lead volume.\n
- Work with marketing ops to ensure accurate attribution and actionable insights from campaign data.\n
- Continuously test new tactics, audiences, and platforms to stay ahead of market and AI-driven marketing trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or performance marketing experience.\n
- Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through global, multi-channel campaigns.\n
- Expertise in:\n
- Paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads)\n
- Paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, emerging platforms)\n
- Display and retargeting campaigns\n
- Sponsorships (podcasts, newsletters, events, targeted media)\n
- Experience with ABM strategies and platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar).\n
- Strong budget management skills across multiple global geographies.\n
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical and optimization skills.\n
- Skilled at working with agencies as strategic partners.\n
- Comfort operating across the entire funnel — from awareness to conversion.
