About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with coordination of Vericel’s participation in national and regional events supporting Sports Medicine and Burn Care franchises.
  • Support planning and execution of internal and external meetings, including food & beverage, audio/visual, travel, and accommodations.
  • Assist with logistics for internal trainings, sales meetings, and office events.
  • Partner with Training and Sales Operations to support in-person training coordination.
  • Help maintain and track event calendars and logistics in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Support coordination of professional (KOL) and advocacy-related events.
  • Assist with on-site event execution as needed.
  • Help track event metrics and support reporting efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Rising senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, marketing, or related field (or recent graduate with relevant interest/experience).
  • Must reside within 20 miles of Burlington, MA.
  • Must have reliable transportation to support local errands (e.g., vendor visits, supply pick-up).
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 30 lbs as needed for event setup and execution.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Interest in event planning, operations, or marketing.
  • Previous internship or campus experience related to events, marketing, or coordination preferred.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
