About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and exceed enterprise-level revenue targets through a balanced focus on account growth, retention, and net-new business
- Manage and expand a portfolio of banks and credit unions, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation
- Lead executive-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations tied to business performance and growth goals
- Drive consultative sales cycles from discovery through solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and close
- Partner cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, product, and delivery teams to develop and execute client solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in enterprise, quota-carrying sales
- Proven success selling into Financial Institutions (banks, credit unions)
- Experience selling data-driven marketing solutions
- Strong expertise in consultative selling, solution design, and executive storytelling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
