About the role
- Driving revenue through successful design and implementation of customer acquisition and growth programs
- Conducting thorough discovery to understand clients' business challenges
- Architects solutions leveraging Vericast's capabilities
- Maintaining high-touch relationships with clients to ensure program success
- Contributing to Vericast's thought leadership platform
- Creating compelling content and delivering training materials
- Analyzing program performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial services marketing, customer experience, or related fields
- Previous senior management role (VP+) in bank or credit union marketing/CX required, with experience across multiple institutions preferred
- Management consulting experience with top-tier firms focusing on financial services is highly desirable
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer acquisition and retention programs
- Demonstrated experience presenting to and building relationships with C-level executives
- Experience using data analytics tools and technologies to drive business decisions
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- MBA or relevant graduate degree (Preferred)
- Industry certifications are a plus
