Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Substantial experience with at least two of JavaScript, Python, Ruby or Java
- Enthusiasm to learn the ins and outs of complicated legislative processes
- A civic tech background (any leg branch experience would be a big plus!)
- Have used (or at least experimented with) LLM coding tools
- Enough infrastructure experience to be comfortable working on DevOps tasks
- Understanding of unit testing, CI/CD, and cloud services
- Experience writing efficient, maintainable code
- Desire to learn about government and help make it better
- Desire to work at a small company focused on thoughtful growth
- Professionalism, curiosity, and humility
