About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across core IT systems.
Lead tool consolidation and SaaS lifecycle improvements.
Own and improve vendor management processes including procurement, renewals, intake, and documentation.
Partner with Security, Compliance, and People Operations on cross-functional workflow optimization.
Build and maintain integrations between systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and ITSM.
Contribute to and help enforce IT documentation standards.
Identify and address tech debt especially in high-friction workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technically strong: Fluent in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.), APIs, and automation platforms like Workato or Zapier.
Process and project-oriented: Skilled at designing and implementing scalable systems.
AI and Automation Expertise: Able to leverage generative AI tools to improve IT workflows and automation.
Cross-functional communicator: Comfortable collaborating with other teams and and other stakeholders.
Hands-on: Willing to roll up your sleeves and build, implement, and maintain critical systems.
Proactive and strategic: Able to focus on immediate needs while aligning with long-term IT goals.
