Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years growing social accounts, ideally in tech or startups
Strong taste and intuition for internet and developer culture
Clear track record of audience growth and engagement
Comfortable shipping content daily
Experience across formats including video, threads, and visuals
Familiar with AI tools for content creation and automation
Comfortable building or hacking together tools and workflows
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Uses data to guide decisions and experiments.
