About the role
- Interact directly with customers in the Vercel Community and official forums.
- Support v0 adoption by helping developers onboard and troubleshoot builds.
- Build relationships with customers and help them succeed.
- Provide code-level assistance and work with customers to debug issues.
- Use customer feedback to collaborate with Product teams for platform improvements.
- Create examples and patterns demonstrating how to achieve goals using Vercel.
- Curate and scale knowledge into a growing library of solutions, guides, and community-driven discussions.
- Elevate customers by highlighting their work and sharing the “Vercel stage” with them.
- Learn and become an expert in a wide array of frontend technologies and Vercel platform features.
- Complete engineering tasks to improve forum infrastructure and customer experience.
- Represent Vercel across key communities and foster best-practice knowledge sharing.

- 2+ years experience in a technical customer-facing or technical documentation role.
- Strong technical foundation and curiosity for a broad range of frontend technologies.
- Next.js experience is highly valuable.
- Bonus: Have experience with Next.js and deployment on Vercel.
- Bonus: Have experience with a wide assortment of site generation tools and platforms.
- Bonus: Have experience supporting backend runtime environments, especially Node.js.
- Bonus: Have experience with CDNs and a good understanding of caching techniques.
- Bonus: Have experience with v0.
- Bonus: Have worked with monorepos and/or custom, complex CI/CD pipelines.
- Bonus: Have a strong understanding of DNS and can explain this clearly to others.
- Bonus: Are fluent in another language.
