About the role
- Advising the Executive Board on strategic and operational issues as well as on the further development of the business and risk strategy
- Developing practical management initiatives and robust recommendations for action—with analytical depth and strategic foresight
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and further developing risk-bearing capacity and quantification models
- Providing business and corporate law support for subsidiaries and investments
- Co-responsibility for planning and managing the annual planning process
Requirements
- A completed degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in finance and risk controlling—ideally with leadership responsibility in a bank or financial services environment
- Excellent analytical skills, commercial judgement, decisiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
- Initiative, solution orientation, discretion and loyalty
- Leadership experience or the motivation to take on managerial responsibility
