About the role

  • Responsibility for the bank-wide data quality concept and reporting
  • Creation and visualization of data analyses with Tableau to support management decisions
  • Analysis and optimization of processes and controls relevant to data quality, including identifying automation opportunities
  • Use of relational databases to answer complex queries
  • Support for data clean-ups in back-end systems
  • Close collaboration with business units and project teams to enable data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or further qualification as a banking operations specialist (Bankbetriebswirt)
  • Alternatively, a degree in Banking & Finance or a related field
  • Experience working with databases, Tableau, agree.21 or comparable tools, and a strong affinity for numbers and reporting
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and explain data clearly
  • A highly structured and responsible approach to work
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and implement pragmatic solutions
