About the role

  • Shape the on-site customer experience: You accompany and support our customers in using our digital service offerings
  • As the first point of contact, you answer any questions from our customers on site
  • You support our customer advisors
  • You identify customer needs and pass signals on to your team members and specialists
  • You proactively address customers on advisory topics
  • You schedule appointments for customer advisors at the branch
  • Or become an expert in telephone customer service: You are the first point of contact for customers and prospects – by phone, email or chat – and cover our customer service in a friendly and competent manner
  • With your solution-oriented approach you answer questions about our products and digital offerings
  • You provide customers with assistance in using our banking tools (e.g., apps, online banking, payment transactions and payment solutions)
  • With your sales instincts you recognise signals during customer conversations and recommend suitable solutions
  • You support our customer advisors by scheduling appointments

  • Completed commercial vocational training and experience in customer-facing roles
