About the role
- Shape the on-site customer experience: You accompany and support our customers in using our digital service offerings
- As the first point of contact, you answer any questions from our customers on site
- You support our customer advisors
- You identify customer needs and pass signals on to your team members and specialists
- You proactively address customers on advisory topics
- You schedule appointments for customer advisors at the branch
- Or become an expert in telephone customer service: You are the first point of contact for customers and prospects – by phone, email or chat – and cover our customer service in a friendly and competent manner
- With your solution-oriented approach you answer questions about our products and digital offerings
- You provide customers with assistance in using our banking tools (e.g., apps, online banking, payment transactions and payment solutions)
- With your sales instincts you recognise signals during customer conversations and recommend suitable solutions
- You support our customer advisors by scheduling appointments
Requirements
- Enjoy working with people and strong team skills
- Completed commercial vocational training and experience in customer-facing roles
