About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take full ownership of the frontend infrastructure of our CMS platform.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable systems that empower our internal teams to easily deploy and manage high-profile client environments.
  • Build the engine for exceptional web performance.
  • Architect a highly optimized CMS infrastructure that naturally handles fast rendering, asset delivery, and excellent Core Web Vitals by default.
  • Seamlessly integrate modern frontend technologies with our backend ecosystem using .NET (C#) and deploy scalable solutions on our AWS infrastructure.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for frontend topics.
  • Support and mentor our Frontend Integration team, helping them resolve complex technical blockers, sharing best practices, and ensuring they can efficiently utilize the CMS architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical features.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Frontend Software Engineer, with a proven track record of designing robust web architectures.
  • Deep expertise in modern frontend development, including advanced JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, modern CSS architectures (SCSS/CSS3), HTML5, and modern build/bundling tools.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience within the .NET ecosystem (C#). You are comfortable navigating the backend to facilitate frontend implementations.
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, to support and scale your architectures.
  • Strong architectural knowledge of web performance metrics, Core Web Vitals, and SEO technical best practices to build performance-first platforms.
  • You possess an architectural mindset, preferring to build scalable, reusable solutions for integrators rather than just patching bugs.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain complex technical decisions to engineering peers and integration teams, and you are comfortable joining high-level customer calls to discuss and advise on frontend technical topics.
