About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and enhance the end-to-end sales process to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability
- Oversee the sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, system adoption, and integration of new tools
- Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and rep performance
- Own the sales forecasting process, territory planning and, in partnership with finance, quota setting and commission structure
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on sales onboarding, training, lead management and sales compensation plans
- Organize, guide, and support employees to achieve shared goals efficiently
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated progressive experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or CRM management
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems and data visualization tools
- Experience leveraging modern tools and automation, with a strong orientation toward AI-driven workflows and efficiency
- Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic, data-driven recommendations
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
