About the role

  • Advise our Creditreform branch offices on the optimal use of the IKAROS receivables management system
  • Conduct process consulting and analyses to identify optimization potential
  • Configure and customize the IKAROS application landscape according to business requirements
  • Act as an interface between the business unit, IT and the branch offices
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for the optimal use of IKAROS

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial, business or technical field
  • Solid knowledge of receivables management or debt collection and a good understanding of the related business processes
  • Ideally, experience with the IKAROS software solution by Ferber GmbH
  • Strong customer- and service-orientation, excellent communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with different stakeholders
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and to work flexibly
