About the role

  • Support the administration and ongoing development of Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management (JSM)
  • Advise business units on process and workflow optimizations
  • Contribute to IT projects and automation initiatives within the Atlassian ecosystem
  • Create reports and support system analyses
  • Ensure system stability and manage user administration

Requirements

  • Initial experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
  • Analytical mindset, technical understanding and self-motivation
  • Interest in automation and modern collaboration solutions
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies or willingness to learn them
