About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Personally own and run monthly, quarterly, and annual brand and patient flow forecasting
Diagnose drivers of deviation in patient identification, treatment initiation, adherence, and discontinuation
Partner with Finance on revenue planning and actuals reconciliation
Personally maintain commercial data infrastructure and drive continuous improvement
Build and maintain executive KPI dashboards directly
Build and maintain promotional effectiveness analytics
Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark competitor performance
Support commercial assessment of pipeline assets across tumor types
Personally build analytics packages for board of directors and executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–9 years of experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, or market research in pharma/biotech
Deep personal experience with patient-based forecast models
Hands-on proficiency with claims data (IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony) and specialty pharmacy data
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL, Python, or R a strong plus
Experience delivering executive-ready analytical output personally
Experience with a marketed product in an active commercial environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to carry a broad analytical portfolio independently
