About the role
- Personally own and run monthly, quarterly, and annual brand and patient flow forecasting
- Diagnose drivers of deviation in patient identification, treatment initiation, adherence, and discontinuation
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning and actuals reconciliation
- Personally maintain commercial data infrastructure and drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain executive KPI dashboards directly
- Build and maintain promotional effectiveness analytics
- Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark competitor performance
- Support commercial assessment of pipeline assets across tumor types
- Personally build analytics packages for board of directors and executive leadership
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, or market research in pharma/biotech
- Deep personal experience with patient-based forecast models
- Hands-on proficiency with claims data (IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony) and specialty pharmacy data
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL, Python, or R a strong plus
- Experience delivering executive-ready analytical output personally
- Experience with a marketed product in an active commercial environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to carry a broad analytical portfolio independently
