About the role
- Own the operational backbone that enables the commercial field team to perform
- Serve as business owner of Veeva CRM and ensure data integrity
- Drive CRM utilization and adoption across the field team
- Personally build and maintain territory alignments using performance data
- Own the full IC lifecycle including plan design, tracking, and payout calculations
- Build and own field-facing dashboards and performance reports
- Maintain compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational programs
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales field operations
- Hands-on Veeva CRM experience including system configuration, administration, and project management
- Direct experience building IC plans, territory models, and call planning frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing competing operational workstreams simultaneously with strong project planning and prioritization skills
- Fluency with pharmaceutical field operations compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel required; BI tool proficiency (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Rare disease or specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred; oncology experience a plus
