About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with Autura's SaaS and platform strategy
  • Lead development of cloud-native software from discovery through launch and scale
  • Embed AI and agentic AI capabilities, including LLM-powered features, intelligent automation, and agent-driven workflows
  • Use product analytics, KPIs, and customer insights to guide prioritization and investment
  • Run experiments including A/B testing, MVPs, and prototypes
  • Own backlog, prioritization, and delivery in an agile and continuous delivery model
  • Align R&D, marketing, sales, and customer success teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Engage directly with customers to capture needs, validate solutions, and translate insights into product opportunities
  • Report directly to the Business Unit Director – Print & Pack

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software / SaaS product management, ideally with B2B platforms at scale
  • Solid understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, data, AI, and agentic AI platforms and strategies
  • Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, LLM-powered product features, or AI-assisted automation in a product context
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery practices
  • Experience with price testing, pricing models, UX, and CX optimization
  • Knowledge of color science or adjacent domains such as printing, coatings, or textiles
  • Exposure to platform/ecosystem strategies including developer APIs, partner integrations, and marketplace models
