About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the integrated operation of Customer Service (CS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Ensure full compliance and manage the CS·SCM team
- Partner closely with Sales, dealers, Service and Finance to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer POs, order entry, and internal transactions
- Manage sourcing order status, compliance, import documents, risk management, and inventory levels
- Directly manage the CS·SCM team and drive process improvements and compliance governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in BOTH SCM Inbound (sourcing/import/customs) and Outbound (inventory/logistics/shipment) — required
- People management (direct team leadership) experience — required
- Understanding of import/customs and compliance (product registration, CCA Review, KC certification, HS Code, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or above (engineering / chemistry / environmental, or business / logistics related)
- 8+ years across CS and SCM, including supervisory / managerial responsibility
- ERP experience required (Oracle preferred)
- Fluent English (written & verbal) for global reporting, documentation and HQ communication
