About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the integrated operation of Customer Service (CS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Ensure full compliance and manage the CS·SCM team
Partner closely with Sales, dealers, Service and Finance to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Handle customer POs, order entry, and internal transactions
Manage sourcing order status, compliance, import documents, risk management, and inventory levels
Directly manage the CS·SCM team and drive process improvements and compliance governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience in BOTH SCM Inbound (sourcing/import/customs) and Outbound (inventory/logistics/shipment) — required
People management (direct team leadership) experience — required
Understanding of import/customs and compliance (product registration, CCA Review, KC certification, HS Code, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or above (engineering / chemistry / environmental, or business / logistics related)
8+ years across CS and SCM, including supervisory / managerial responsibility
ERP experience required (Oracle preferred)
Fluent English (written & verbal) for global reporting, documentation and HQ communication
