About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for establishing and coordinating all sales strategies, plans, programs and functions
  • Setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets and objectives for the regions
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
  • Building, leading and managing a high performing sales team
  • Analyzing sales/CRM data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and channel partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business related fields
  • Minimum of 10 + years of experience in enterprise CAPEX sales in Advanced Hardware/Software businesses
  • Selling ecosystem solutions to enterprise and mid market customers with a consultative & value-based selling approach
  • Must be a strong leader who can inspire, motivate, and guide the sales team towards achieving its goals
  • Must be able to think strategically and develop sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges and opportunities
  • Must be able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners and key stakeholders
  • Must be skilled at negotiating deals and closing sales
  • Must be able to analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Must be experienced in Packaging trends, and eager to learn about estimation, planning and Artificial Intelligence.
