About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creation of quotations for maintenance and repairs
  • Processing and management of customer orders
  • Management and maintenance of customer portals
  • Support in service tenders
  • Coordination and handling of commissioning activities
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and service hotline as well as in the CRM system Salesforce / ServiceMax
  • Processing service and workshop orders
  • Creation of long-term warranties
  • Handling equipment exchanges as part of warranty cases
  • Preparation of credit notes
  • Close coordination with internal departments and our field service technicians to clarify and communicate complex issues
  • Ensuring structured and timely handling of all service processes in the system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial (business) training or comparable qualification
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English is an advantage
  • Experience in an industrial or technical environment is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and a strong service orientation
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
  • Team player with confident communication when dealing with internal and external contacts
