About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creation of quotations for maintenance and repairs
Processing and management of customer orders
Management and maintenance of customer portals
Support in service tenders
Coordination and handling of commissioning activities
Handling customer inquiries via phone and service hotline as well as in the CRM system Salesforce / ServiceMax
Processing service and workshop orders
Creation of long-term warranties
Handling equipment exchanges as part of warranty cases
Preparation of credit notes
Close coordination with internal departments and our field service technicians to clarify and communicate complex issues
Ensuring structured and timely handling of all service processes in the system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial (business) training or comparable qualification
Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English is an advantage
Experience in an industrial or technical environment is an advantage
Enjoyment of customer contact and a strong service orientation
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
Team player with confident communication when dealing with internal and external contacts
