Shaping problems and solutions
Lead design work from early discovery and problem framing through to validated solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven 7+ years of experience designing software products, ideally SaaS or other technically complex tools.
Educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equal through experience
Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, and detail) that help communicate and support concepts.
Strong experience with Figma, including shared libraries, reusable components, and understanding how design decisions scale across multiple products and teams
Experience using and contributing to a design system.
