About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and executing a robust channel partner strategy aligned with annual sales objectives, fostering win-win partnerships.
- Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new channel partners in priority markets.
- Driving distributor performance through regular business reviews, monitoring key metrics and providing coaching.
- Leading strategic engagement with key end-user customers in collaboration with distributors.
- Continuously assessing market trends and competitive landscapes to refine product positioning.
- Promoting use of CRM and sales enablement tools to improve sales pipeline accuracy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week across West Africa.
- 5+ years of experience in channel management and industrial B2B sales.
- Proven track record of managing distributor networks.
- Demonstrated success in key account management.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field);
- Experience working across diverse markets in West Africa.
- Fluent in French & English languages.
