About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a channel partner network to drive territory performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies for business development and account growth.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings with partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales initiatives and territory expansion.
  • Maintain and update customer and partner information using CRM tools.
  • Balance strategic planning and field engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset.
  • Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries (chemical, industrial, or oil & gas sectors with water exposure).
  • Strong understanding of channel partner or distributor sales models.
  • Proven ability in business development and account management.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing a CRM tool (we use Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
