About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow a channel partner network to drive territory performance.
- Develop and execute strategies for business development and account growth.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales initiatives and territory expansion.
- Maintain and update customer and partner information using CRM tools.
- Balance strategic planning and field engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset.
- Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries (chemical, industrial, or oil & gas sectors with water exposure).
- Strong understanding of channel partner or distributor sales models.
- Proven ability in business development and account management.
- Hands-on experience utilizing a CRM tool (we use Salesforce).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
