About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and document solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk
