About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conducting service, repair, and start-up of Trojan’s advanced water treatment systems at customer sites.
Performing electrical and mechanical testing, diagnosing system failures, and assisting customers in the maintenance of their microfiltration and reverse osmosis systems.
Ensuring the successful completion of existing and new service contracts while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Commissioning, decommissioning, inspection, and repair of Aria Filtra Mobile water treatment units.
Providing contractual services to rental customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Executing assigned project tasks and providing guidance to engineers, peers, or customers as needed, including the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and service of Aria Filtra Mobile Systems.
Traveling across the US., primarily by plane or company car, with occasional trips to Canada and Alaska.

Requirements

What you’ll need

+1 year of experience in water treatment of related industries (mining, petrochemical, power generation, food and beverage).
Ability to use hand tools and basic computer skills.
Comfortable with remote work and able to manage travel logistics
Valid Passport.
Willingness to travel: approximately 75% of the time within the US, with occasional travel to Canada and Alaska, usually departing on Monday and returning by Friday.
