About the role

  • Owning and executing the direct sales strategy for the assigned territory
  • Developing and managing key customer relationships with municipalities, EPCs, consultants, and system integrators
  • Leading complex, long‑cycle sales opportunities from qualification through order intake
  • Managing pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Coordinating internal teams to support deal strategy, pricing, and execution
  • Representing Trojan & Aquafides Technologies in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years of experience in direct B2B technical or solution‑based sales
  • Background in municipal water treatment, UV disinfection, environmental, or industrial process technology is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience selling complex, engineered systems with long sales cycles
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Availability to travel around 50% of the time
