About the role
- Owning and executing the direct sales strategy for the assigned territory
- Developing and managing key customer relationships with municipalities, EPCs, consultants, and system integrators
- Leading complex, long‑cycle sales opportunities from qualification through order intake
- Managing pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Coordinating internal teams to support deal strategy, pricing, and execution
- Representing Trojan & Aquafides Technologies in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5–10 years of experience in direct B2B technical or solution‑based sales
- Background in municipal water treatment, UV disinfection, environmental, or industrial process technology is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience selling complex, engineered systems with long sales cycles
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel around 50% of the time
