About the role
- Lead technical SEO initiatives across Esko’s multilingual websites
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices, addressing performance, indexing, canonicalization, and site speed optimization
- Stay ahead of evolving AI-driven search and AI overview trends
- Collaborate within Esko’s global web team to maintain, optimize, and evolve the company’s web properties
- Manage technical web projects from concept through delivery
- Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) and web analytics tracking
- Support global site governance and localization workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve UX, SEO, and lead generation through A/B testing and analytics insights
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing or optimizing enterprise-level websites
- Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO for large, multilingual websites
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and data layer configuration
- Familiarity with global web governance, localization, and translation workflows
- Solid understanding of SEO and its evolution in the era of AI and intelligent search
- Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
