About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to C-suite and senior pharmaceutical leadership across an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Own the full client relationship across clinical, commercial, operational, and regulatory touchpoints
  • Build executive-level relationships through frequent on-site visits, quarterly business reviews, and proactive engagement
  • Document client business plans and clinical objectives
  • Develop and execute annual account plans focused on retention, optimization, and expansion
  • Analyze client financial position and utilization data to identify whitespace and real-world data and services opportunities
  • Translate findings into actionable pipeline and sales strategy
  • Drive ACV quota attainment and MBO performance through pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity progression
  • Advocate internally for client needs and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution
  • Partner with RWE Consulting, Data Partnerships, Client Success, and A/R to resolve at-risk situations and drive expansion
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Veradigm Real World Evidence solutions, data offerings, and the healthcare landscape
  • Conduct whitespace and competitive analysis to expand Veradigm's footprint and identify new use cases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and/or Consulting
  • Demonstrated track record of building and sustaining C-suite relationships with pharmaceutical stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical and research operations with exposure to commercial analytics
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a complex enterprise account portfolio with consistent quota attainment
  • Strong business acumen, including analyzing client financial data, building account plans, and connecting solutions to measurable client outcomes
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to anticipate friction, navigate organizational complexity, and maintain long-term trust
  • Healthcare regulatory and operational fluency
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and standard business productivity tools
  • Experience working with Pharma and broad exposure to the healthcare ecosystem
  • Prior exposure to product feedback loops, customer advisory boards, or formal voice-of-customer programs
  • Familiarity with Veradigm's product and service portfolio or comparable EHR/practice management platforms
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
