About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the definitive technical authority for our Salesforce ecosystem
- Define and own the Salesforce enterprise architecture strategy
- Lead architectural design reviews and technical governance for Salesforce initiatives
- Manage a team of 7 or more Salesforce developers and administrators
- Provide hands-on technical oversight of Apex development and integrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of experience in enterprise business systems or technical architecture
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- 5+ years of direct people management experience leading teams of 7 or more
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Deep experience architecting Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
